How do I enter a BabyGrams coupon? Enter your coupon code in the "special instructions" box on the ordering page. We will add the additional products or deduct the discount prior to processing. Prices and quantity discounts appear below each item as you navigate and shop through the site. Quantity discounts are available for all items!

How long does it take to receive my products?
Orders are shipped same or next business day; which usually arrives at most US destinations within 1-3 days.
Do you ship in the summer or when the weather is hot?
Yes, we ship all year. Our shipping department will help designate whether you require a cooler and/or ice to ensure your order arrives unmelted. We do appreciate you bringing your package inside promptly upon delivery.
I don’t see exactly the design I want, can you combine designs, change or customize my wrappers?
Yes, we have a full service creative department. Our standard designs can be changed to accommodate your color or design themes or to add a photo or your own custom artwork. Call our office and tell us how you would like your wrappers designed!

Yes, you can purchase wrapped candy bars or just wrappers.

How do I send my photo, artwork or design?

Is there a fee for custom designs or if I want to submit artwork?
There is no charge for minor changes to our standard designs. Custom art charges are a maximum of $15.00 and require your proof approval prior to shipping.
How can I change an order after it is submitted via e-mail?
Call our office (800) 459-9859 immediately or if is after office hours e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org! We have a very quick turnaround time, so your candy is delivered quickly! Therefore, if you think you made an error or would like to make a change, call immediately!
Do I receive a proof before my order is printed & shipped?
We only send a proof upon request or for custom designs. We have extremely high quality standards and your order is thoroughly checked for accuracy. If you require a proof, your order will not be shipped until we have approval.

How do I store my candy?
This information is supplied with your order. Keep candy at room temperature.
Our candy is guaranteed fresh and wrappers are printed with the highest attention to detail!
We guarantee printed personalization is correct as received. If there is an error we will correct the error. Returns without errors are subject to a 15% restocking fee. If your package arrives in less than acceptable condition, please contact our customer service department at 800 459-9859.
